Early-October Product Update

As always, we are delighted to share the updates we've had in the works in the last 2 weeks. They are as follows:

Enhancements to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

✅Hiding columns in Materials/Services: You now have the option of selecting which columns to hide or show, allowing for a cleaner BOM/Services view.

✅Adding notes to BOM: Add and view notes directly on the Bill of Materials for better collaboration. Please note that the notes you add here will also be reflected in your tech packs.

✅Grouping Materials/Services by type: Materials and Services can now be grouped by type, configurable in settings for clarity.

In the example below, we added two types of materials: fabric (cotton) and trim (button). The system automatically segregated the materials into two groups based on their types.

✅Notes across all stages: As you develop products across different stages, chances are your team will leave multiple notes in each stage. To make it easy to access these notes, we've added a sorting feature that lets you sort notes from team members based on product stage.

✅Product images in development status page: Easily view product images alongside development statuses for better context.

Enhancements to Order Management Module

✅Conditional product filters: We've added an advanced conditional logic feature that lets you filter products by available SKUs greater than or less than a specific number.

✅Free shipping support: Do you wish to enable free shipping for certain or all customers? There are two ways to do it now:

1. At the order level

2. Shipping rules settings

✅Payment terms filter & column on the invoice page: View and filter invoices by payment terms directly on the invoices page.

✅“Their Ref” column on Returns: The returns page now displays customer reference numbers for easier tracking.

✅Attachments at line-item level: Adding attachments to sales orders just got a whole lot better. Previously, you could only add an attachment at the order level, but now you can do so at the line item level.

✅E-commerce ID support on SKUs: The SKU page now shows linked e-commerce IDs for seamless integration.

Enhancements to Warehouse Management Module

✅End customer column on Pack & Ship page: See end customer details directly on Pack & Ship for more transparency in fulfillment.
